What ADR transport involves

ADR is an international convention governing the road transport of dangerous goods. It covers rules on labelling, documentation, vehicle equipment and driver qualifications.

The transport of hazardous materials requires not only appropriate equipment but also detailed knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Errors in classification or documentation can result in the transport being stopped, fines or criminal liability.

At Magemar, every ADR shipment is planned individually, taking into account the hazard class, transport route and consignee requirements. We work with carriers holding the relevant certificates and equipment for all ADR classes 1-9.
